After the fire that destroyed Snook's Bayside over 3 years ago, we are happy to be finally opening our doors and welcoming back our devoted regulars from the locals & tourists alike.

Join us for our Sunset Horn sounding Celebration! If you are Celebrating a special occasion let your Cabana Girl or Boy know and you might be the one to sound the Horn and receive a complimentary drilled coconut drink.

The "New" Snook's is proud to offer a new design allowing every seat in the house an unobstructed waterfront view. The New Grand Tiki is illuminated by chandeliers and the 5,000 sq. ft paver patio is surrounded by a Bar ledge that allows you to sit right on the waters edge and enjoy the daily Sunset Celebration! The entire property is set within tropical lush plantings accented by tiki torches. Snook's will soon be introducing their Beach and Sofa Lounges which will allow our guests even more seating and dining choices.

Our menu boost only the freshest ingredients and is cooked to order.

Another NEW addition to Snooks is our custom LOGO gifted to us by World Renowned Marine Life Artist WYLAND. This logo will appear on our apparel and gift line that will be available for purchase at Snooks and on this website. A percentage of the sales will go to support the WYLAND Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that promotes children & families around the world to rediscover the importance of healthy oceans and waterways.
